Installing a home charger was all new to me and a bit daunting, so I contacted a friend who recommended EPS and I am glad that he did. EPS came to my house and scoped the work. I informed EPS where I wanted the charger to be located and they explained what the work would entail and where the risks might be.
Within a couple of days, I received written fully priced estimate with an agreed date for undertaking the work that met my timescales.
Mark turned-up bright and early on the appointed day and undertook the work with the minimum of fuss. Mark was a very good ambassador for the firm. The charger was installed and ready for service within the working day, with no mess left behind. I received a follow-up email to check that I was happy with the work and that everything was fine with the charger – which it was. The price in the invoice was exactly as quoted and included the deduction for the government grant, which EPS recovered on my behalf, so I had no worries there. I was also able to pay the invoice by bank transfer.
The whole experience from beginning to end ran extremely well and I would have no hesitation in recommending EPS for any installations for EV home chargers.
