You Can Claim Up To £350 Towards The Installation of Your Home Charge Point.
The Electric Vehicle Homecharge scheme (EVHS) grant, provides up to £350 towards the cost of purchasing and installing a home charge point.
This is a government grant for electric vehicles funded by the Office for Low Emission vehicles (OZEV). EPS Electrical Services are OZEV approved installers.
To qualify you need to;
- Have purchased or ordered an “eligible” electric or plug-in hybrid vehicle after the
- 1st October 2016 onwards. Please see OZEV list of eligible vehicles
- You must have private off-street parking.
- You must not have claimed under the grant previously (You can only claim a second grant if you have a second eligible vehicle in the household).
- If you rent your property you must have landlords permission.

Speak directly to one of our EV Home Charge installation team who will confirm grant eligibility and answer any questions you may have on EV charging.
A remote or on-site site survey will then be arranged at a convenient time. We may be able to carry out a video call to establish what the installation will involve and your requirements.
You will then receive a fixed price quotation.
As soon as you wish to proceed, a suitable installation date will be confirmed and we will request documentation for grant eligibility. We check all the paperwork to ensure accuracy to avoid unnecessary delays.
On the day of installation, one of our in house EV Electricians will complete a safe and tidy installation in line with current regulations.
Following completion, you will receive an Electrical Installation Report for your records all the required paperwork will be submitted on your behalf to OZEV (you only pay the amount of the installation minus the grant funding, we claim the remainder directly from OZEV.
